Florida Sunshine State - Orlando Part 1 - Universal Studio Florida

This year's winter is exceptionally early....we had snow in October!! though it only lasted a day still it's depressing. What better way to cure seasonal depression by flying just 2 - 2.5 hours to Florida aka Sunshine State and the flight ticket is cheap during this time of year(around $200/ pax round trip). I was a little worry about the Hurricane Matthew in Sept but all was back to business as usual.

Here is my  11 days itinerary: Home - Orlando - Miami - Keywest - Fort Lauderdale - Home

After a stressful night @ the car rental NEVER again an i going to rent car from FOX car rental..... *Deep breath* time to be forget about it and move on to more happy things.

What to do in Orlando??? well DUH  Theme Parks of course!!!!

This time we went a little crazy by spending 2 full days in Universal Studio Orlando & Islands of Adventure. It's gonna be a bumpy ride!!! hehe

well mostly we only want to visit the Wizarding world of Harry Potter!!!!

Day 1
Universal Studio Florida

I'll save the best for last

we are HERE!!!!

This is my 1st time to Universal Studio, it feels a little different from Disneyland

There was no line in most of the rides no need for Express Pass(but still many people(Kiasu) bought it), which was good....that is why i prefer to travel during off season...YEAH!!!

Men in Black Alien Attack ride....it was fun dizzy but fun

the Simpsons Ride.......VERY VERY DIZZY!!! i almost wanted to vomit

most(who am i kidding ALL of the rides) rides here cause motion sickness. Definitely not for old people i would say.....had to sit down for 15 minutes after every ride

parade

this ride was awesome....again dizzy but awesome

there are many more ride which i like E.T adventure (i didn't take photo), although it's rather old but it's a pleasant ride...the ONLY one which i don't feel nauseous

i feel that the decoration and architecture here is slightly boring mostly are square box like Walmart store except for Harry Potter World of cause

and now my favorite part of this theme park
Welcome to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley

one can take the Howard Express here!!!

if you buy the park to park admission meaning u can visit both Universal Studio Orland and Island Adventure(which is next door and they have Hogsmeade and Hogward)

it's interactive that triggers special effects hidden inside shop windows throughout Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley. If you plan to buy one make sure to buy it 1st thing in Diagon Alley
