Checking out the Sachsen's vineyard, a small village called Diesbar, somewhere near Meissen(a place which is famous for porcelain manufacturing). Anyway we had a wonderful time, nice weather and great company :)

Tarte Flambee (Flammkuchen) with bacon and onion....this simple dish taste awesome! we tried 3 different flavors but this was my favourite :)

this is the Diesbar-Seusslitz castle. According to Heike the castle's architect was the same as the Church of our lady in Dresden town...George Baehr

i was told that the grape plant's branches will be trim, till 2 are left, to produce good quality grapes....interesting
