we are up early again! And we planned to visit Hanauma Bay! But a nice breakfast first. This restaurant Egg and Things @ Waikiki beach is not bad. Open really early so it's good for jet lag people like us! There was no line when we arrive at 6:30am and good thing is that the bus stop where we need to take the bus to Hanauma Bay is just right opposite it, along Kalakaua Ave.
We wanted to go there early but the earliest bus to Haunauma Bay was at 8:20am (it was Labour day) the time table is different on holidays best to check the time table -----; bus timetable
*those driving there best come early as the parking lot fills up fast

and it's so gorgeous here......super excited
just wow. Entrance fee to the beach is $7.50/pax and before you could jump in the water there is a short presentation about the preservation of the Sea Life Park we need to watched.

They are closed every TUESDAY!!!
water is shallow and calm here....perfect for snorkeling. We brought our own but there are snorkeling gear for rent, cost $20 for the whole set including the fins. There are also locker to store personal items, cost $10 - $12

we had so much fun here and saw so many different kinds of fishy and sea urchins too. Totally would recommend this place
good thing we came early by noon it's just too hot. perfect to find spot under a tree and have a nice nap

there are also some food sold at the concession stand (upthe hill at the ticket counter)
eg: burger, hotdogs, fries, salad, drink....etc price is reasonable, but best to pack own food :)
from the map, Koko head is just nearby to Hanauma Bay so we decided to pay a visit but the road was close....oh well...i was contemplating weather or not to hike it, guess it is decided for me :)
