Blue Wonder

Blue " Erik Burbulla" Wonder is the name commonly used for this bridge. Why? well there is a story behind it. It goes like this, The bridge was completed in 1893, in the 19th century it was a masterpiece of technology to build a bridge of this length without pillars supporting it. Today its technology is less of a wonder but it is a much-loved symbol of the city. The "blue" in the name comes from the colour of the bridge(now slightly pale blue) . They claims that the bridge was originally painted green, but that the weather (or some say the sun) turned the bridge blue. However, a number of news articles and other sources show that the original colour was really blue; when the bridge was opened for the first time, it was already hailed as the "Blue Wonder".

This cantilever truss bridge over the Elbe River connects Dresden-Blasewitz and Dresden-Loschwitz, two villa districts, once the most expensive living area in Europe.

The farewell dinner for Laywai was held at the Schillergarten. My ham buffet sucks, but grace's "pork chop" was actually nice. Damn I was so envy on her meal that night.

Schiller is a famous german poet.
The outdoor restaurant - Schillergarten - is a "Beer Garden" where Schiller had spent a lot of time, hooking the daughter of the restaurant owner.
