A typical weekend spend in Malaysia would be:
1. Play Mahjong
2. Watch movie
3. Window shopping
4. Fancy restaurant (mostly mamak or hawker la :P)
weekend spend in Dresden:
1. Garden
2. Beer
3. Sausage
4. more garden
It's quite healthy to lived in Germany(minus beer and sausage ;P), because all the malls and shops closed on sunday and we have no other things to do but to explore nature. Normally we would go to garden, park, jungle trekking, hill trekking or boat ride... stuff like that. Last Sunday(lonely and without Boon) i went to a Garden with Meng San, one of the top 10 garden in Dresden? maybe you can be the judge of that :)
Grosser Garten(Grosser Garden) which is a public garden since 1814, one of the best thing about it, is that the pathway are arranged symmetrically throughout it's area.
this is the site map of Grosser Garten. The black line is the miniature railway track
The miniature railway (Parkeisenbahn) was developed by the youth organisations of the former GDR and still operates in this garden. I'm not sure what's the price but i can guarantee it's not FREE
so cute!! they have quite a number of different train design^^
i'm not sure what's this building is for but sometimes they have exhibitions
